has anyone ever made this?

A few years ago we had a potluck at work and this was awesome, but sadly the lady passed away and we never got the recipie.

never heard of it but I looked it up to see what it is... Is it kind of like a cold salad with crab meat (or imitation crab meat) tomatoes, celery and cucumbers and served with tortilla chips? If so the recipe sure sounds good and simple too.
