What's for Dinner, Tues., Sept. 15, 2020

Broccoli souffle.

Tomato pie.

Baby arugula salad with toasted pine nuts and tomatoes.

Corn. The RG's corn is really good. I think he cooks it in milk and adds grated parmesan before serving.

For dessert, apple tart with walnuts and cream sauce to go over the top.

He was on a cooking tear and made all this fresh this afternoon. I think we're going to watch the movie about Richard Jewell while we have dinner.

FLFC was asking for food all afternoon because he smelled the chicken cooking. He couldn't stay awake for it. He had been out a lot this on this beautiful day, saving the neighborhood from the birds.

He did have some other chicken, ground beef, bacon, dog food and treats. We keep all sorts of this stuff in the refrigerator for Mr. Picky Eater and dole out small amounts.

We had enough scalloped potatoes w/ keilbasa left over for another meal. This time we/ had them w/ buttered beets.

There's cookies left if we go looking for dessert.
