What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 16, 2020

Pork ribs with cannellinis. Another option is to have tuna on top with chopped celery and onion.

Baby arugula salad.

The last of the apple tart, served with vanilla rice pudding.

Pineapple kombucha and later for dessert, decaf tea.

I swear, Al would eat them pretty much every night if I didn't protest.

I got a pretty good produce box today. It had some decent-sized green peppers in it. Whatever ground beef I don't use for the burgers will probably go into stuffed peppers tomorrow. Been a while since we've had stuffed peppers.

It turned out great...I had made homemade gluten free bread in the bread maker and had fresh cherries...M&M's for dessert...chocolate is like penicillin after all. My oven went out a week or so ago. Waiting for my new stove.
