Related: About this forumWhere is Lucinda and what is she having for dinner tonight, Sunday, 4/29?
I just made a big pot of red gravy (that's the New Orleans term for spaghetti sauce) and I am going to make a big lasagna!
I love lasagna.
I don't have anyone to invite over , but will freeze 2 person portions of it in the very bottom of my freezer for some tasty treats when all the fresh food runs out.
Hope you are ok, Lucinda.

(24,146 posts)we don't even bother carving it, we just set it between us and tear into it.
i'm going to poach the breasts, shred them and toss some into a batch of chili. the rest will go to sandwiches.

I am beaned out.
(Miss you Lucinda!)

(20,234 posts)My local market had the b/s ones on sale this week ($1.69/lb) so I stocked up a bit.
Tonight I did a quicky version of Bhuna Murgh - curry type spices and lemon juice.
