I usually plant tomatoes before I have blooms. Are you suggesting waiting? Doesn't this mean you will have tomatoes on the ground? I'm just trying to get how this works straight in my head.

I am not unhappy with the way this year's tomatoes are doing, but I am always willing to experiment with better techniques.

But yes, you can plant them as soon as doing so won't kill them.
