Scotland: offers pour in to adopt dog abandoned in train station

Squee here

From the article:

A Scottish animal rescue charity has been inundated with offers to rehome a dog who was abandoned at a Scottish railway station along with a suitcase containing his pillow, a bowl, some food and a toy.

The Scottish SPCA said that it was keen to trace the owner of Kai, a shar pei-crossbreed, who was discovered tied to a railing outside Ayr railway station.

The SPCA is taking care of Kai, and he will soon have surgery for an eye issue. After that, it should be very soon that he is set up with a new forever home. There have been offers from around the world.
