I'm crossposting from Photography, where I usually post. I got this video clip of a black lab marching to his own drum (not his owner's) in the park. I had turned my camera settings to video. Let's just say the lab thinks he can catch a duck.

(5,604 posts)He'd pursue ducks when they were around, but mostly spent his time snapping at the water bugs and dragonflies. The first time I took him to Lake Ontario, I threw a stick into the lake as far as I could, and he went swimming after it. After a minute or two, my wife suggested that maybe I should go swim after him and bring him back, as he was at that point 500 feet out and still going away from shore. What a lovable dumbass he was.
