My Lab Sophie licked a bag of fertilizer that my husband left out by the garden. Made her sick. So what did she do? She did the same thing the next day. Same result. I guess it tasted good .....

Now the fertilizer is up on a shelf in the garage.

So did the Mighty Z get a wee bit of a buzz from the catnip?

I think he just feels neglected. Which is nuts. He's so spoiled.....

And your Sophie sounds like my Zeppelin, slow to learn.

Toy poodles of three different colors, lick my new (2 month old) granddaughter every time they walk past the baby. They lick her foot, face, elbow, or leg. I tell them to stop...they don’t stop. Weirdos.

Are they marking her for their pack?

We would make up 5 lbs of frosting for each class. One day I set the frosting on the table as I got ready for class. When I returned the dog had opened and eaten the whole container. He was luckily a big dog but oh my, he was so sick. He puked white, he pooped white and I’m pretty sure he peed white for two days. I had to beg bits of frosting from others in my class.
Whooz a good boy!! Youz a good boy!!!

The poor thing! 5 pounds! That's a lot! I know, I had to make frosting for my mom all through my teen years. She did wedding cakes on the side. There was always cake scrap in the kitchen. Killed my sweet tooth for life. I don't eat cake, cookies, candy. The only sugar vice I have is Mountain Dew. She roont me!

On another note, my folks got up one morning when I was 3 or 4 and found me on the floor in front of the open fridge feeding Maude, the Bassethound. Whole sticks of butter, blocks of cream cheese, most of the cheese, pretty much anything. Like yours, she was sick for two days!
