Update on Audry (1/14)

Audry saw the vet last week and she is doing GREAT. She's eating so much better and putting some weight back on. She behaves more and more like herself every day.

Also we took our kitty, Happy, along for the trip for his very first visit ever. Happy is growing at a perfect rate and is the right weight and appears to be healthy in every way. He got his first rabies and distemper shots.

There's a clinic not too far from here that is having a voucher day next month for spay/neuter and we're looking into having Happy neutered and Audry and her momma (Cookie) spayed.

Now everyone is the house is healthy except for me. I managed to catch a whopper of a head cold. I'm on day 6 of it and let me tell you I'm sick of being sick. I've coughed and sneezed so much these last 5 days that it feels like I've been doing sit-ups forever (sore back and abs). I had some hot & sour soup, which is my usual stand-by for when I get a cold, but other than healing my soul, it didn't make me feel any better. I guess I just have to wait this one out.
