Thank you for contacting us.
We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the prize fulfillment for our recent contest "There's A New Bunny In Town". We pride ourselves on offering fun and engaging contests; especially, contests that promote the well-being of pets. We are happy that we were able to correct the matter and we look forward to fulfilling the prizes to the winner in support Lucky Dog Rescue.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address listed below.
Sincerely,
Anthony Orellana

UPDATE: After becoming the object of Internet ridicule, 1-800-Flowers has decided to change its position and not only provide the rescue group with the year's supply of dog food, but two years' of supply.

(9,494 posts)2. I suggest 1-800-flowers needs to donate $1,000,000 to the ASPCA
to be distributed to shelters across the US. After that I need a heartfelt apology and another million to Planned Parenthood.
Than, and only then, will I ever send a 1-800 Flower again.
