I figured they would probably work it out at some point. This is light-speed.

I'm delighted for all three of you.

Madoc had been an 'only kitten', for a while and Gryff had been living in a cage, right next to his sister (although I know the vet staff gave him a LOT of attention). Maybe both just really missed feline companionship.

After I brought Gryff into the house, I made it a point to pay a whole lot of attention to Madoc so he would, maybe, feel a bit less threatened. Seems to have done the trick. Right now they are on my lap, sleeping with their heads against each others. They are almost unbearably cute.

It sounds like you are as fortunate as we have always been. It didn't matter whether it was two cats or a dog and a cat, they bonded like they were true family.
