She was found a mile from where her people lived! I just ... I mean, I know this sort of thing has happened before, but it always just amazes me. I get lost in the grocery store sometimes. How did she do it? It's just amazing to me!

Some scientists believe that cats have an ability to know their location by changes being able to sense micro-changes in gravitational forces. Essentially a built in compass
