I am SO sorry to hear this, Mo!

It is so much harder when it is unexpected.

I am so sorry to hear this. I know the shock....I had a cat at the vet for a broken tooth removal, thinking it was no big deal. He had a heart attack in recovery and died. The hardest pet death I have ever lived through.

Unless you have other animals and the death might have been something contagious, I would not do a necropsy. I have only done that one, when I had two lovebirds and one died suddenly.....I had to know if there was anything I needed to do for the other one.

And after just losing Barbie too! I'm so sorry for this more recent loss as well.
