Of the five cats I've had in this life, three of them have been black. And it's not always easy to take a good photo, so my friend in rescue suggested a red background, so I have pix on, in front of and on the back of my mother's red chair. For this photo, you chose well.

Such a beautiful boy with his favorite lion! He looks just like our Coco Chanel we had as a kitten in 2003. She was such a great cat! She lived to 19.

And a major cuddler, and an incredible mouser, and catches the occasional bird that gets into the catio, and often lets me have them! Sometimes, it's too late. But, he releases them to me, and sometimes drops them right in front of me. I've saved so very many.
