This is Best Buy's version of the larger "It Gets Better" campaign (www.itgetsbetter.org). The goal of the video is to show teens or other young people who may have been bullied or stereotyped based on their actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity/expression, how incredibly valuable their lives are. Ideally, this message will help assure them that the future holds so much more for them.

18 Best Buy employees from around the United States shared their personal journeys on how life has gotten better for them - and what a positive place Best Buy is to be an out member of the LGBTA community.
