1. "These are the folks that want guns in schools." Unwarranted assumption.

You know nothing about this person or whether it was an accident or suicide.

There is a certain ghoulishness about jumping in with assumptions so soon.

4. So accepting your premise (which I actually think is bs) someone who is forced to join NRA

so they can use the gun range is responsible for NRA policies. Okay, I see where you are coming from and there is little point to trying to reason with you.

You would be funding a RW organization whose purpose is to sell as many guns as possible and it uses BS propaganda and fear mongering to accomplish it. It has become a predatory organization.

15 minutes away...pay what you want.

I always end up cleaning up more than I shoot when I get there but it's a great little range near one of my geo caches.

7. OT, but 'Timonium' is a very interesting place-name - wonder where it comes from

Otherwise, it's very sad that this man felt driven to suicide, and that this was the avenue he chose...

If I remember correctly there's a horse race track there in timonium, maryland, maybe 40 miles north of pimlico; timonium a flat track with cheaper claimers I'm thinking. Maybe a feeder to pimlico.
Off chance tho, that that's a contributing reason (gambing debt), more like coinky dinky.

Shootings at shooting ranges are usually suicides, rarely homicide attempts, tho suicide by cop could spawn suicide at target ranges, ya never know wit gunnuts.

It would be unusual for one to find it necessary to rent one (or go to a range, at least) to end their own life. Please don't bathe in the blood here.
