Would this have been better in GD about filibustering ATF Director, or Guns group?

not that the ATF is exactly the most professional agency anyway. Personally, I think it should be dissolved and its unarmed function be returned to the IRS and the armed function be given to the FBI.

and shrink the Air Force and Navy to a size appropriated to defending the US and helping out on humanitarian missions and have Swiss style Army. Since the Japanese tax payer is footing the bill for USFJ, keeping us there doesn't cost us.
