I good measure of how people feel about a issue..

Is to look at how far they open their wallet on it!

Since 2014 was an election year, lets see how much INDIVIDUALS gave to the largest gun control, and gun rights group..

First up, "Everytown for gun safety action fund"... From individuals: $4,750...

Now for the other side... The NRA: $1,392,373

Very interesting result given that we are told there is wide support for gun control.. They did not even have enough individual contributions to purchase a decent used car.. Its as if they simply don't have the passion toward their position that the NRA supporters have.

Also another interesting point, the NRA gave almost 10 TIMES as much money to DEMOCRATIC candidates as "Everytown" did...

Very interesting.... Info from

And 4,750 will buy a pretty good 10yo car if you shop around and look to the private market.

That scratch will find you a 10yo Sentra with under 100k if you look. Back up a few more years and you'll find Civics and Accords, or move up in mileage.

I guess it is always nice to have a multi billionaire to fund your "grassroots" organization. Truly astroturf is proven once again. I am sure the other side will have some kind of excuse how it is the NRA's fault or an NRA talking point.
