They certainly crippled the effort, but if the constituents make it clear they want it, I think it can pass. Then again, I don't know what the climate is like in Texas right now. In Oklahoma, we had an active, respectful group of people focused on writing letters and emails and making phone calls. We still have a long way to go to get constitutional carry, but we finally managed to reinstate licensed open carry.

I hope OCT can get its members engaged in enough positive activism to counter the destructive influence of OCTC.
