Prompted by a thread in LBN.

Prompted by a thread in LBN about a former NY mayor, I'd like to compare and contrast him and his treatment, with another former NY mayor. First, the ghoul:

Yeah, Rudy could never, ever be racist:

“Ninety-three percent of blacks are killed by other blacks,” Giuliani said, triggering a heated argument on NBC's "Meet the Press." “I would like to see the attention paid to that that you are paying to this.”
“White police officers wouldn’t be there,” Giuliani said to Dyson, “if you weren’t killing each other.”

Now, the other one:

Bloomberg claimed that 95 percent of murders fall into a specific category: male, minority and between the ages of 15 and 25. Cities need to get guns out of this group’s hands and keep them alive, he said.

“While I’m sitting there waiting for him to introduce me, he said to his congregation, ‘You know, if every one of you stopped and frisked your kid before they went out at night, the mayor wouldn’t have to do it,’” Bloomberg said. “And so I knew I was going to be okay with that audience.”

Does anyone else think its 'funny' but not 'funny haha', that ghoul gets taken to task and rightly so, yet for mayor stopandfrisk1percent all is forgiven?

I'd really be interested in hearing from posters that actively support newtown maig or any of the other Bloomberg astroturf groups about why this is the case.

They are the first to point out how we only focus on single issue items and I think since they agree on this one issue with the billionaire, they give him a pass on anything he says.

...the whole reason we have the government we do, formulated with checks and balances, is that you can not and should not EVER trust any government with control over any individual rights.
