I inferred from history here that the most pro-RKBA folks are often thought to be the extreme and sometimes painted as carrying due to fear or insecurity. To me this implies that they are seeking to exert greater control over those situations.
I also infer that those who want all guns banned from civilians are the extreme in the pro-control camp. They are frequently characterized as being in unreasonably fearful and seeking to limit that by limiting chances of exposure to people with guns.
My question was about who you perceive as more in need of controlling their environment.
Maybe I'm not that good at phrasing polls.
