In which jurisdictions are hollow points banned?

I just posted a thread today about Federal's line of bullets which, even though they're not hollow points, expand quite reliably, making them a good choice for self-defense in states which ban hollow points.

My question: are there actually any states (or failing that, cities) that ban hollow points? I thought New Jersey did, but upon reading a description of their gun laws:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_laws_in_New_Jersey

It appears that in practice hollow points are, in practical terms, legal to keep in one's home for self defense. Just don't stop at the 7-11 on the way home for a Slurpee after buying them while they're safely stowed away in the trunk of your car, or you've committed a felony. But's that's another issue.

So...where are they illegal to possess and use in United States?

Under NJ code: 2C:39-3. Prohibited Weapons and Devices.

It's listed under armor piercing ammunition.

According to NJ: dum-dum / hollow point = armor piercing = cop killer = bullet capable of going through the solid steel bucket of a front end loader just like in Lethal Weapon.
