wrote a check reserving three tables at a gun show for my booth. Part of the reason I hope Obama wins is to keep the gun rights people all whipped up into a frenzy! It's good for business! I'm not at all concerned about some secret plot to shut us down.

My girlfriend doesn't agree with me and she runs the booth. She sells custom t-shirts, hats, belt buckles and all kinds of gun rights friendly stuff. Her son helps her and gets a display case in there where he sells a few guns and knives. I started him out by buying a few here and there for him to refurbish. He pointed a few out and guaranteed me he'd make money on them and he came through.

Originally she planned on mostly motorcycle rallies and street fairs. I masterminded the gun show idea to keep her working year around. It's also a good use of her talents.

Since you aren't a regular down here, you must have seen my post in the new threads section.

I really hope that you return to the gungeon from time to time. As a seller in gun shows your input would be excellent.

You are right in your statement that most people don't lay awake at nights worrying about guns. But some of the anti-gun posters do seem to. So my thread was a way of pointing out to the antis that they are impotent.

Gun control is close to a dead issue both politically and legally. Gun rights are expanding every year and those who oppose them tend to find themselves unemployed except for a few very heavily anti gun districts. It gets brought up when a tragedy happens to push people's pet agendas but other than that.... non issue. I expect the next piece of gun legislation that will be brought up on a national level will be nation wide concealed carry reciprocity.

I strongly support national reciprocity. The purpose of my thread was to remind the anti-gun crowd of just how impotent they are.

He called it the most important legislation he had signed (if i remember correctly). now he claims to be against gun control and for 2A rights. Yet another example of his rank opportunism and lack of a conviction on any issue. So appalled that the NRA is supporting him that I held off on getting a membership. maybe I should write them and tell them that.

NRA = Nefarious Republican Agenda
A Democrat hating Pro Republican affiliated Super PAC which turns your membership fee into support for romney and other mouth breathers running for office.
Just one visit to the site would make a preacher want to kick out a stained glass window.
I am a Pro Gun and RKBA supporter but I will never send one fucking penny to them.
