If one answers yes to the first 2 exceptions, is he/she required to purchase only a weapon suitable for hunting, or any weapon?

I wish 11e ("marijuana&quot had been changed. The requirement that one answer 'no' to this gives the ATF much potential power to confiscate/deny weapons purchases. Currently, there seems little enforcement of this provision, but the potential is there.

I said I haven't filled one out. I meant that I have not been called in for a NCIS check.
