Message from KOEB Central.

Two thousand eleven
Is ready to shelve,
As the clubhouse is welcoming
Twenty-oh-twelve.

The pine trees all bow down,
Deep snow on their tops;
Inside Swedish skiers
Are schnockered on schnapps.

The bar freshly stocked
For their e-jamboree,
The girls’ room with sachets
Of fresh potpourri.

All cozy on couches
And old comfy chairs,
And even a couple of
Sleeping bay-airs.

Though not all got Keef
On the teevee machine,
Their affection remained
Imperturbably keen.

To the KOEB,
Glad tidings and cheer;
To each dickens who’s frisky:
A Happy New Year.
