Just to show women can do things just as bad as a man too...

This is like a scene in an action movie and it happened here in Vegas.

BREAKING NEWS: Woman arrested in carjacking spree

LAS VEGAS -- Metro Police have arrested the woman police say tried to kill a cab driver, robbed him and stole his cab before crashing into several other cars and stealing another car.

Officers arrested 42-year-old Erica Hagan on Saturday in connection a string of crimes that happened May 21 near Rancho Drive and Decatur Boulevard.

In the warrant for her arrest, police say Hagan got into a cab driven by Yohannes Tsegaye outside the Plaza Hotel and Casino. He told police he drove her to the Rancho and Decatur area, where she suddenly started attacking him from behind.

Tsegaye says she choked him and hit him with a large rock. He also says she took about $100 he had in his pocket and his iPhone. Tsegaye says when he got out of his cab to get away from her she jumped into the driver’s seat and drove the car at him. He fell to the ground and she drove over him, according to the warrant.

Police say when Hagan drove off, she ran a red light at the intersection of Cheyenne Avenue and Jones Boulevard and hit several cars. Following that crash, she got out of the cab and carjacked someone who had stopped to help those hurt in the wreck.

Hagan was last seen speeding away south on Jones Boulevard in the second car.

Police were able to identify her because her California identification card was left at one of the scenes. Several witnesses and at least one victim, was able to identify her.

She was arrested at an apartment near Rainbow Boulevard and Westcliff Drive.

She is facing several charges including battery by strangulation, robbery with a deadly weapon, grand larceny auto, attempt murder and hit and run.
