how to embed pictures into a post.

Also, if it's possible to link to a Facebook video.

when you see a picture, right click, copy URL and then just paste it here, the software here will do the rest

as to FB I am not much for that place but copy and paste the url of the vid and just paste it here and that should work

a photobucket pic for instance. I think you have to put it on a photo hosting site first.
