George Zimmerman Verdict, NOT GUILTY: Child Molestation Accusations Arise during Trayvon Martin Murder Trial, Brutal Sexual Assault Charges 'Not Relevant' to Case [TESTIMONY/LISTEN]

http://www.mstarz.com/articles/16256/20130714/george-zimmerman-verdict-not-guilty-child-molestation-accusations-arise-trayvon-martin-murder-trial-brutal-sexual-assault-charges-not-relevant-case-testimony-listen.htm

George Zimmerman was recently tried for second-degree murder and manslaughter involving the 2012 fatal shooting of Florida teen Trayvon Martin - the jury found him not guilty of such charges on Saturday, July 13, 2013. Now, several news/gossip outlets report that Zimmerman is also being accused of sexually assaulting his (then) six-year-old cousin, another young girl, and an ex-fiancee. Listen to the disturbing, shocking testimony involving such brutal child molestation accusations below - Zimmerman's legal team insist that "The content of this statement is not relevant to the issues of [the murder] case."
(snip)

In the unidentified female's testimony, she claims that her cousin (Zimmerman) is a serial child molester who assaulted her for over a decade (as reported by MediaTakeOut):

It started when I was six... We'd all lay in front of the TV and we had pillows and blankets and he would reach under the blankets and try to do things and I would try to push him off but he was bigger and stronger and older. It was in front of everybody and I don't know how I didn't say anything, I just didn't know any better... It's not just me that he did these things to. The other alleged victim would not come forward.

According to the young family member, the molestation continued for years during family visits. The woman only came forward after Zimmerman "went into hiding" following the fatal shooting of Martin - she finally felt safe.

---------------------------------------------
I don't know if he did this crime or not. I do know he killed an unarmed teenager. But, there just isn't enough that can be said about Zimmerman.

...Had a restraining order put against him by said girlfriend. This is a male - he's no fucking man - who's coasted through his life because daddy's a judge and no consequence can befall Georgie.

I don't know if he's a child molester... but I do know he's a criminal coaster, and I know that this isn't the sort of thing women are going to just make up out of nowhere, considering the sort of stigma that is always stuck to them over it.

every slur Z made up to make Trayvon the aggressor. Trayvon couldn't speak for himself. Z didn't go on the stand, knowing he'd have been convicted.

The only evidence that he was a liar was dismissed, as it was narrowly defined. His life as a THUG was proof of his lies.

We can say that he had a right to not incriminate himself, a right to not speak. But he did speak, repeatedly, on the news, in court, and lied. His record shows he is complete liar. And what the judge decided was not relevant, would have proved it beyond reasonable doubt.

I blame the Judge, despite some praising her for 'going MMA' on the defense. This was not an episode of American Idol, not theater. A lot of drama at DU goes this way, as if dramatic presentation is what matters, not facts or getting anything done.

The judge did not punish the defense in any way from the very beginning. She destroyed the prosecution's case, forcing them to appeal to the sense of justice and empathy of the jury.

Which didn't work very well.

It wasn't about drama in the court room. What the judge did was -- should I say it? -- set up the stage to get Z off.

Animated action videos? Letting the defense degrade Rachel and Trayvon's mother? No smack down there, and they should have been stopped by the Judge. But no, she appeared to be playing to the whatever the hell is going on there.

Calling those who could testify to Z-THUG's lack of morals, his record of violence and all kinds of assault, is not relevant? But showing that Trayvon had some cannabis in his blood stream was not an attack on his morals, an insinuation on his character, and it was allowed?

After she had allowed media propaganda and didn't stop the defense smear of Trayvon's life, but didn't allow any of this.

Z got his permanent get out of jail free card, he can't be tried again. Nelson should be kicked off the bench, impeached, fired, whatever it takes.

There is so much on Z, it should have all come out. Trayvon hadn't been convicted of any crimes, neither had the spoilt Z.

The only thing the prosecution could say was that Z was not telling the facts. I don't fault the prosecution using the only tools they had left when the judges let the defense convict a dead man. They did what they could to get a conviction in the face of what the judge did and didn't allow.

Trayvon was found guilty by Z and the media. What the jury did was just formalize that.

We had an expression in my family, when someone got into your face with their arrogance.

'Well, excuuuse me for living!'

Trayvon wasn't allowed that. He was stalked and murdered. The judge put a rose on a skunk.

A tale of two justice systems.

Republican Congressman Dances on Trayvon's Grave, Trashes Obama #gopracism

What I mean is that it is all one system. Just different perspectives, in a game that does not seek to find the truth. The DA kept trying to say Z had a depraved heart, otherwise termed as depraved indifference or malice aforethought. From that flow certain intentions and outcomes. We know what happened here. We know why it happened. And sadly, we know why he got away with it.

Please note Steve King implies there was no evidence, that the DOJ, so often called part of the fascist black regime in power, brought this case. That it was contrived, political, a pandering to the masses. That in the face of what Fauz and the rest of the conservative sphere did was truly all of that.

Eric Holder is, if nothing else, (and certainly nothing as he has been alleged to be) a stickler for the law. One of his family had to run the gauntlet of menacing morans trying to get her education in the South. It was the weight of the law that made that happen.

Back then, the federal government was unquestioned in such matters, except by RWNJs like the JBS, who have enjoyed a resurgence with CTers. Teabaggers and Libertarians. Despite congressional shenanigans conducted by members from the states involved and more subtle racism from other states, the states yielded to the federal government. But didn't change depraved hearts. I don't know what to do about this festering plague on the American people. It has no bottom.

But the media was close to liberal in those days in that it actually did report events, with bias, but was not 99% RW propaganda as it is now, because of FCC rules. The people in those and other states, seeing atrocities being committed, put an end to the status quo.

Now we have the same voices in media preaching against equality. Maintaining inequality is about taking from others. It is the basis of many nations and vast fortunes through conquest and oppression.

Those who profit from it dress themselves up as christians or patriots to hide what they are, grifters and thugs. I'm thinking I was from an idealistic time, that believed all people should be equal and given opportunity.

The GOP absolutely opposes that, just as the Koch brothers do with their ALEC SYG laws. Their gun laws say:

'Might Makes Right.'

Or in Florida with some new legal precedents, they have returned to this old meme:

'White Makes Right.'

They just keep on coming, so we have to unite to do the same, or none of this matters.

EDIT:

I'm thinking a more neutral means of admitting evidence, in the light of logic, awareness, common sense, and of course equality, are in order.

The jury pool was allegedly not affected by the media. I don't believe that for a second. We check the media for essentials like traffic and weather reports and other civic affairs we need to know.

Cable news completely distorted the case and incited race hatred, their cries as old as the KKK race war meme they've been pushing forever. Might as well, those who aren't familiar with them might get a clue from what they say. They are the masters of race wars.

No one with 'liberty' complained when the nightriders visited black people's homes to terrorize them the night before election day. It wasn't happening to them, just those invisible people, who remain invisible still while they promote the latest 'great white hope.'

I say the last great white hope is not any rich, celebrated white man. Those who worship such won't comprehend that, of course.

Then there was the exclusion of evidence. The media were not stopped from speculation. This was not done in a vacuum. The death of Trayvon was handled like a circus side show in media from beginning to end, and was not in keeping with a matter of life and death. It was shameless, depraved, sick.

If any evidence was going to be used, I say use all of it, including the incendiary media coverage, to let the jury know what was being pushed there.

Trayvon's life was on trial that night in Sanford, and Z found him guilty, just like that courtroom, like rape victims are.

Let the truth come out. All of it. Learn from it to change society.

I don't think there should be any conflict and juries must be made up of not just the peers of the accused, but the victim. Look at how many juries let the KKK get away with murdering blacks for so many years.

And if Z gets to try Trayvon's morals and record and character in court, the only just trial would be to put up all the accusations about Z in the same place. So the jury could see they were not dealing with an angel. Perhaps neither were. But only one got to play that role by the rules the judge set up.

There will be no resolution to this except as is being done by those in the streets peacefully calling to the Heavens and Earth for equality.

And as Stevie Wonder said about this in the concert in Canada about TM, that we must get out and vote to change America.

So we will, while others will spend their time chasing their GWHs for their liberation, we will vote until our American revolution bears fruit.

It has done so in the past.

6. Zimmerman’s Old Myspace Account Reveals Racist, Sexist, Violent Behavior
Tue Jul 16, 2013, 09:56 PM
Jul 2013
By Randa Morris July 16, 2013

A Myspace account, which has been confirmed by several sources as belonging to George Zimmerman, describes arrests/felony ATF charges, and accusations of domestic violence against Zimmerman, in 2005. The page also contains racist statements that reference “Mexicans”, and sexist comments directed as his ex-fiancee, whom he refers to as the “ex-hoe”. On the account, “onlytobekingagain”, Zimmerman uses the name Joe G. His attorney confirmed to the Miami Herald that the 2005 myspace page does belong to his client.

On August 24, 2005, Zimmerman posted this comment “ Im still free! The ex hoe tried her hardest, but the judge saw through it! Big Mike, reppin the Dverse security makin me look a million bucks, broke her down! Thanks to everyone for checkin up on me! Stay tuned for the A.T.F. charges...”

Court documents obtained by MSNBC.com* in 2012 show multiple run ins with law enforcement during this same period of time.

While Trayvon Martin’s facebook page was allowed into evidence during the trial and was used to help the defense paint a picture of someone who would be seen as intimidating or threatening, for some reason the prosecution did not bring up Zimmerman’s myspace page. On this public page Zimmerman implicates himself in more than a single violent crime, and also demonstrates that he has strong prejudicial feelings about members of minorities groups. One is left to wonder why this information was not brought out during the trial.

Disgusting. Read more:
