I'm cooking late but cooking up a storm. Took a little break to check out the forum and Lo! Now, I'm cooking with conscious Love. Had to hush everyone to watch and what a wonderful addition to our evening Conversations flying from our senior to our teens

2. Don't you just LOVE her? There's something about seeing someone who has seen it ALL.

Can you imagine seeing life through those eyes?

And what JOY in that woman--what JOY! If she could bottle it up, I'd buy a case!

There are Africans from the continent, African-Americans, whites, and the young ones - full-blooded black and in-between here - all experiencing the same JOY and understand WHY, whether they've lived it or not! I'm so proud of our president and our first lady who have absolutely no problem representing our nation. It's a beautiful thing. The beautiful lady had her nails done and ready to celebrate. We're right there with her and you, MADem!

Just "keep moving." Such good advice! Back to cooking with the fire in my eyes, and the flash of my teeth, the swing in my waist, and the joy in my feet, as Ms. Angelou once wrote

7. At 106, she never dreamed she'd ever see "a black president". I'm half her age, and neither did I.
