Is the DC story Final Crisis worth a buy/read?? (Spoilers).

I have been eye balling the Final Crisis(and various off shoots) the past few weeks, and I'm wondering if anyone thinks the story line is worth a buy. If I'm not mistaken, I believe in Final Crisis Batman dies and another takes his place(thinking Grayson) and I'm very interested in reading that death story. But, I'm very worried about Final Crisis...I read Infinite Crisis(a graphic novel), and Crisis On Infinite Earths and both reads were...very bland, and confusing and I'm worried that Final Crisis will follow that same trend.

So, should I get Final Crisis, or just read the Wiki article on it and move on.
