I am not a greedy person. Boston has been very lucky in the last decade with sports victories. It's boring if the same teams win ALL the time. When that happens, the fans become entitled little shits. A little humility is a good lesson -- and that goes for all the powerhouse teams in all sports.
I spent half a century actively rooting for a team that never won. Victory delayed is all the sweeter. I'd love to see the Cubs have their day, actually--I'd root for them. They're past due.
