All heart.

He put himself between the goal and a hard slapshot. The shot broke his leg. He stayed in the game, skating on a broken leg, and directly helped the Bruins complete a vital penalty kill. Finally leaving the ice, he was helped to the bench by a referee as the crowd rose as one and roared "CAMPBELL! CAMPBELL! CAMPBELL!"

That, my friends, is how you win the Stanley Cup. If Sid Crosby had 1% of Greg Campbell's heart, he'd be the greatest player of all time.

I lived next to Colly Campbell in Tillsonburg, Ontario for 5 years.

I seen this kid jogging dam near every day in the late 90's...

We knew he was going to 'make it'...he had so much drive.

At first I was thinking, "ahh, dad pulled some strings"...but the more I watch this kid, the bigger a fan I am becoming...

He is EXACTLY what other teams are missing. A selfless, brave, givin' it his all, type of player.

That was simply amazing last night.

Boston has the best fans too...they acknowledged this event with a standing 'O' - so impressed...shows how much hockey knowledge these fans possess.

Oh yeah..and if Boston wins this series I win our hockey pool Sweet.
