Related: About this forum91-0 Texas football blowout leads to bullying charge from a concerned parent
http://sports.yahoo.com / 10-22-13Each week there are football blowouts across the nation. Rarely are they more one-sided than the 91-0 rout Aledo High (Aledo, Tex.) put on Western Hills High (Fort Worth, Tex.). Now, one parent has apparently been so concerned by the final scoreline that they took the extraordinary step of filing an official bullying report with the school district because of the thrashing.
As reported by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and other Dallas-area outlets, the official bullying report was filed by a Western Hills parent on Saturday, hours after the final whistle ended the most one-sided game so far this year in the Lone Star state. Texas regulations require Aledo's principal to launch a full investigation into the bullying allegation.
The administration is then to produce a written report addressing the bullying complaint.
If it was surprising that Aledo racked up 91 points on Friday, it was no shock that their win was a dominant one. The Bearcats are among the state's most powerful squads year-in, year-out. Friday's victory improved the team's record to 7-0, with Aledo now averaging a whopping 69 points per game. They've outscored their district foes by an incredible 77 points-per-game.

I don't know if I'd call it bullying, but clearly they're enjoying humiliating other teams since they keep on doing it.

lets look at some facts.
Texas high school coach Tim Buchanan benched his starters after only 21 plays, kept to a conservative ground game and even allowed the clock to run uninterrupted after halftime to hasten the final whistle. Still, his Bearcats won 91-0.
-----
Western Hills coach John Naylor told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that he disagreed with the bullying allegation, which Buchanan said suggested his coaches should have made their players ease up and quit playing that hard.

Neither coach agrees with the bullying accusation. We're turning our kids into a bunch of weak kneed babies. Though I should think even the losing team's members are embarrassed by this parent's charge. What are the kids going to do out in the real world when things don't go their way..cry to Mommy and Daddy?

like Miami did in the 2nd half against Savannah State is probably more disrespectful, where you aren't even trying to score. What does that say?
Sometimes teams are completely lopsided and the score will indicate that even if the team runs off-tackle the entire game. It's not bullying.
