Worst local play-by-play?

I'm sitting here watching the Blazers vs. Jazz. Portland ( Mike and Mike ) have to be the worst ever, but I obviously don't see a lot of other local announcers around the league or other sports. I've heard them talk about what they're gonna eat after the game for 5 minutes while the game is going on. I lived in SoCal for a few years, and despite my hating the Lakers, Chick Hearn was excellent. Nominations?

PS: Yes our Mike Rice is the father of that POS that got fired from Rutgers for being a POS to his players.
