Reports may have swirled this offseason about Jim Harbaugh’s perception in the locker room, but there’s no question now that he’s an expert at motivating one group: giant marine mammals.

On a trip to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo on Sunday, Harbaugh was invited to do push-ups with resident walrus Siku. Without further ado, the military-precise results of that contest:

While at Six Flags, Harbaugh also bottle-fed a tiger, smooched a sea lion and, naturally, hit the roller coasters.

Harbaugh sure knows how to maximize his time away from the 49ers training facility. In his off time, he’s been know to attend a taping of Judge Judy, nail half-court shots at Kansas basketball practice and purchase $8 pants at Walmart.
