NFL Announces Divisional Round Games Will Appear Much Less Rigged

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announced today that the league’s divisional round playoff games will not look nearly as pre-determined as last week’s wildcard round games did, most notably the Cowboys-Lions match-up.

“Things got a little out of hand last week and we apologize for that,” said the commissioner. “While the fix, of course, is in this week — a multi-billion dollar corporation can’t let things of this nature fall to chance — we’ll make sure we change the direction of each game more subtly than we did in the opening round. If all goes to plan, the average rube fan will think everything is on the up and up.”

Dean Blandino, the NFL’s director of officiating, said he has been working all week with the crews working this week’s games to make sure their game-changing calls are made “more in the flow of the game.”

“I don’t want anyone just overturning calls with zero explanation this week,” said Blandino. “To the untrained eye, this weekend’s playoff games will appear to be above board. That is our promise to NFL fans: We will strive to make sure that the NFL seems good and pure to our fans, no matter how bad and rotten it is at its core.”

In unrelated news, the league also announced the songs that Katy Perry will sing during next month’s Patriots-Cowboys Super Bowl.

There is no proof the NBA rigs games but isn't hard to find true believers of the CT but the evidence is a couple of poor officiated games -- one of them my team Suns vs Spurs Conference Final game in 2007 which Donaghy he worked, don't know if that game was part of his point shaving efforts but don't care. I mean strictly from an organization standpoint. I certainly buy games can be fixed by referees with gambling problems or personal biases on the part of refs (or ref) themselves, it would pretty difficult to shut everything out except for the play on field. So I'm sure some or other refs have either player(s) they like or dislike like anyone else.

The evidence includes Donaghy slandering the NBA after getting caught fixing games (who also had a losing record in doing so). His evidence was Lakers-Kings which was pretty weak I'll get into it later but Donnehy worked that game who infiltrated the mob and took him down, it doesn't mean it isn't possible but it is interesting the guy who is controlled by the mob is accusing one who bravely took enormous risks to bring them down. I gotta go so can't say more now
