and I can't think the NFL can do much with "it is more probable than not". The players union should go to bat for him on this.

Yesterday killed me...so close...

More is coming out about what the Wells report didn't include...the NFL is trying to cover its ass...I think the inflation of footballs is never really measured all that closely and the Colts knew they could get the Pats...the maximum fine, according to the NFL rules, is $25,000 and people are talking about suspension for 8 games, millions of dollars...it's out of control.

allows for a lot of wiggle room. They were very careful in how they phrased that. If I were him I'd have my lawyer ready. It should take more than "probably" to convict someone.

There would be if there's a huge fine on Tom, the union could contest that...not sure if they just fine the team.
