Surprising 49ers roster cut: DE Darnell Dockett

Many fans (including me) thought he'd be the "old pro" teams like to have that dispense wisdom and teach experience. Probably not needed with Ken Norton Jr. running the defense now.
49er's have entered rebuilding mode with all the recent releases, suspensions and retirements. Both defensive and offensive lines are unproven and have struggled in preseason. Bet against them until the O-line can show a pass defense.
Better yet, root for the Raiders. The cool factor is multiplied exponentially.
