http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/10/20/disaster-scenario-for-big-ten-championship-game-outlined/You would think by this point in time the Big Ten would already have a contingency plan laid out just on the off-chance it needs to settle a three-team tiebreaker to determine a division championship before sending a team to Indianapolis for the Big Ten championship game. The Big Ten should not go looking to the College Football Playoff to help out either.
Tom Dienhart of Big Ten Network outlines quite a fascinating what if scenario in which the Big Ten must decide a three-team tiebreaker with three 7-1 teams in division play, with the three teams handing each other a conference loss in round-robin style (Ohio State beats Michigan State, Michigan State beats Michigan and Michigan beats Ohio State). In this scenario, the division representative in the Big Ten championship game would not be determined until the College Football Playoff selection committee releases its latest ranking. There is just one problem. Those rankings are not scheduled to be announced until Tuesday, December 1. That is just four days before the Big Ten Championship Game on December 5 in Indianapolis....
The tiebreaker goes to the highest-ranked team in the College Football Playoff standings, and Bill Hancock has informed Dienhart the selection committee will not adjust its schedule to accommodate the Big Ten under this wild scenario. This comes as no surprise, as the College Football Playoff has already stood firm on playing games on New Years Eve despite the wishes of ESPN. Dont want to mess with tradition, after all.
If you are a fan of chaos in college football, this is something to pull for.

Your Argos lost by two touchdowns to a safety (or was it two rouges? ).
