Stephen Curry will pound the drum for Panthers

At Super Bowl 50, Curry will serve as Carolina’s “Keep Pounding” drummer. The Panthers tweeted out a picture Sunday afternoon of a locker, sandwiched between spots reserved for linebackers Thomas Davis and Luke Kuechly, that housed Curry’s customized No. 30 Carolina jersey....
The “Keep Pounding” drummer hits the six-foot Keep Pounding drum four times to rally the Panthers crowd after the coin toss. Curry also held the honorary position Sept. 20 at Carolina’s home opener against Houston.
But that is not the only role he is holding Sunday. Curry and his wife, Ayesha, worked as fill-in chefs at Michael Mina’s Levi’s Stadium tailgate.
