(among those at the back who'd had to stop for wheel changes, anyway. As far as I know, those at the front didn't do it).

While he held on to the overhead rack of the car. He kept his legs moving but still, the car was driving him forward. That's just cheating.

as long as it's a legitimate repair/medical reason and the rider doesn't advance the rear of the peloton, yet the dude swapping out a wheel can't advance one bit. Weird, huh.
