(The Blue Jays' Jose Bautista said Cleveland's rookie starter Ryan Merritt will be 'shaking in his boots' at the thought of facing the Tornoto line-up.)

Cleveland over Toronto. Hopefully it would also lead to a first title.

Rooting for Cleveland or Cubs, don't care who. Anybody but the Dodgers.

I don't know if I can take anymore this year.

First, a social democrat had a chance to become prime minister of Canada...he failed.

Then, social democrats failed to win my own province.

And then, a social democrat almost became a candidate for the Presidency of the USA and I thought there is hope....

And when the intelligentsia at ESPN assured me that the Blue Jays would dominate the AL east, I knew that would get me through the year. All that's left for me to cheer for, is a big street riot....somewhere.
