Love this and the Irish speaking jockeys etc.....fun day at the races.

Photo finish....Wow.....the trainer just started crying.....won by a big nostril!!!!!

.....and Order of St. George was valiant in defeat.

First race for me today......gorgeous filly, Winter!!!

.... before Winter! Aidan O'Brien is having a good day with the Ballydoyle horses.

Turned in to late, only saw the last 3 races...... I love these races.

Winter

....but I think it looked worse than it was and was more Ryan Moore really working the reins and "scrubbing" on Winter to keep her running to the finish. The U.K. Has much more strict whip rules than the US. They don't play around and will fine and suspend jocks that over use the whip.

I do love how they give the horses a bucket of water immediately after the race.

....nothing wrong with watching the races with intensity. Aidan O'Brien won leading trainer for the meet. Up Ballydoyle! Up Ireland!
