My friend lives in Akron he told me that awhile back. He doesn’t go to home games but he wanted to know if I wanted bring boys out to see nfl game. I said not really they saw the eagles this year their uncles company has a corporate booth.

You have to give them credit for that.

I just heard that the top draft college player, who suspects
he will have to go to the Browns, is going to stay in school another
year to avoid that scenario.

Browns still have Kizer who is a rookie like Goff was last year and so will Rosen whenever he declares. I understand taking a QB #1 but Rosen??? Why not Lamar Jackson or the Wyoming QB Josh Allen who I like a lot more than Rosen.

Maybe their luck turns this year, but I wouldn't bet on it.

By the way, this is a thread about FUTILITY, not about the Patriots. Although New England is going to need a successor to Brady eventually. Letting Garappolo go was an unexpected twist (at least for me). That said, Jimmy G becomes a free agent at the end of this season, so...

I am still in amazement they cut Taylor Gabriel. I am pretty sure he would have caught that last pass.

They traded away what turned out to be one of the Jets best defensive players this year (Demario Davis) for essentially nothing as well (a strong safety when they drafted a strong safety in the 1st round). They ended up cutting that player, Demario Davis who is now not on a team.

Like Kizer they are all rookies and starters but like Goff last year the Browns are in good shape for the future as long as they don't trade away young talent.

For worst managed franchise in the last 10 years. I'd say the Marlins are close, but at least they won the WS a decade+ ago. That said, the Browns haven't purposefully screwed their fan base and an entire city like the Marlins did. Jeffrey Loria single-handedly turned me against taxpayer funded stadiums.

north or south of the border with Canada, would be a step up. At 0-16, Arena League might start to sound good.

At least they can't get worse unless the NFL decides to cut preseason by a game so there are 17 games played on the record.

The decisions made in that organization are nothing short of pathetic. For years now. It comes from and starts at the top.
