I think you are referring to the Kelce hit.

I've also thought that, in the pros AND the college game, there should be long-term penalties if a hit knocks an offensive player out of the game, since those hits usually affect the team which loses those players for the rest of the season.
I've thought the team inflicting such a hit should forfeit the game in which the hit was inflicted, and that compensatory points should be awarded to the team whose player was hit and the teams the offending team plays as long as the player is knocked out.
The only way to make this stop is for their to be real consequences, so that depriving an opposing team of crucial offensive players is never seen as effective long-term strategy.

After that hitting big gets you noticed and shows you'll do anything to WIN
Take kids who grew up in that and then put them in playoff football. Win or go home. Consequences and fines/suspensions be damned.
Not defending it. It's going to take a lot of effort to change that and it has to start at all levels.

Given what he's said about "beautiful hits" being a crucial part of the game, I suspect MR. T___p watched those replays with a visible bulge in his pants.

The cost is your empathy. You have to give it up in order to be tough....

I think that's why!
All the bloodlust motives seem way overstated!
