Every year they throw in a few 'made for TV' games instead of just seeding the tournament based on the actual quality of the teams.

but after seeing Witchita St vs VCU, LBSU vs New Mexico. All 4 are mid-majors I felt that could make a run and knock off some powers. Having them face each other knocks each other out early.
