Man this James Bond DB-5 model kit is nice! 1/8th scale

You buy the kit in installments, not real cheap at $10.90 a week plus $1.95 S&H, you also get a magazine/instructions with every order.

1:8 SCALE REPLICA

The model includes all the additional features that were seen in Goldfinger, from the rotating tyre slashers to the ejector seat.

Concealed machine guns

Rotating number plates

Bulletproof screen

Working horn

Contra-rotating tyre slashers

Retractable overriders

Concealed weapons drawer

Working lights

Working ejector seat

I have done tons of modeling in plastic, this is die cast and mostly screws, looks pretty easy: EX500rider Apr 2019 #4

I'd like to see it in person (assembled) but I'd never fork out for it. If I were to shell out big bucks for a hobby, something like this would really excite me.

Go to the 2:25 mark of the video if you just want to witness/hear the takeoff. This baby streaks across the sky!

.....incld a FW-190 with retractable landing gear and flaps.....but you need big spaces and low wind and it sucks when you get your $300 toy stuck way up in a tree or stall it into a vertical landing....lol

the first time.

Have you done this kind of thing before? Can a novice do it?

Plus Batmobile, BackToThe Future DeLorean, Ghostbuster's mobile and a Nissan GT-R for some reason.
I'd still have to go with the DB-5.

But not cheap, 85 weeks x $10.95 + $1.95 =$1,096.50!
But a high quality die cast model in this size is not cheap...they do let you pause your subscription if you need to or cancel.
