Another 'Flaco' Owl has been on the loose for weeks in New York State

''A Eurasian Eagle-Owl has been on the loose for several weeks over fifty miles north of Manhattan, last seen in Monroe, NY. The owl was lost during falconry when crows chased it.''

Update: The Eurasian Eagle Owl has been located and reunited with falconer.
