Now I need redpolls and siskins...
My bird guides have them in the Pacific NW. My books must be very out of date!

We also had 2 Great Grey Owls here last month -didn't get a chance to go find them though.

...our back yard on Sunday. We get waxwings in our yard twice a year during migrations. They feast on berries in our cedar trees, drink from our goldfish pond, and leave a lot of seed-filled poop all over. Beautiful birds.
