A moment of silence for the two who aren't coming back from the Isle of Man this year...

The TT this year wasn't too bad, but still - let's pour one out for Dan Kneen and Adam Lyon.

As my absolute favorite summary of the race goes:

"At a certain point, you stop being shocked by how many people have died here. The shock is how many are still alive."

He wouldn't have been as fast overall. It's a hard calculation to make, and if you guess wrong you damn well may die, but that's why those guys are so much faster than us...because "fear" is simply a word they don't understand.

Watching the helmet cam gives the impression that the video is sped up. Of course it isn't and these are the most fearless bike racers around. No 2nd chances.
